Ex-display Chichester 5ft sideboard finished by Neptune in Navy. Fully checked over and all paintwork and oak tops show no signs of damage or marks.

The Chichester sideboard is inspired by the pared-back elegance of Georgian antique furniture. The 5ft is one of the larger sizes, suited to a sitting or dining room. It features a smooth solid oak surface for display, as well as two spacious drawers and two interior shelves.

  • Drawers on soft-close concealed runners.
  • Two shelves are adjustable on our traditional zig-zag system.
  • Oak surface protected with Natural Oak IsoGuard.
  • Interior and exterior hand-finished in a customisable eggshell paint.
  • Use the Chichester Charging Station or Ashcroft Cutlery Tray in the drawers.

 

Design inspiration

Our co-founder John and creative founder Emma turned to antique shops and reclamation yards to furnish their first home. They were drawn to classic Georgian furniture, and the pieces they chose inspired Chichester – our first interior collection. This influence is evident in Chichester’s traditional farmhouse feel and its defining features including elegant proportions, decorative mouldings and carved skirting.
