Returns

We offer a 7-day no-quibble money back guarantee on all items delivered from stock. If you are not satisfied with your purchase then please return the goods in re-saleable condition with original packaging and we shall be happy to refund the cost of the item, minus the postage as we will have paid for the item to be sent to you.

On products that require assembly, we regret that we cannot accept returns once the product has been assembled.

Please specify clearly the reason for the return and state your agreement to our returns policy delivery charges. All returns must firstly be agreed with ‘The Online Furniture Store’ prior to being sent.

Please note that our returns policy stipulates that the customer is respectfully requested to meet the return delivery charge which may be significantly more than the original charge made over our website.

In the unfortunate instance that any items that need to be returned due to arriving damaged or unsatisfactory condition items must be reported damaged within 7 days and be packaged back in Original packaging, and prior agreement with ‘The Online Furniture Store’ as to a replacement times will need to be discussed, Only items returned in original packaging will be accepted.

On orders we have had to order in (special orders)/orders from the Manufacturer or have been dispatched we reserve the right to charge up to 25% of the order value to offset any costs and putting into our stocks.

Refunds are given at the discretion of the Company Management
